This fee covers costs for: professional copyediting; immediate publication quickly upon acceptance; different formats of publication (HTML, XML, PDF); inclusion in many archives as PubMed, PubMedCentral, Scopus, DOAJ, EBSCO, Web of Science/JCR, among others.
